DESCRIPTION:Spring Fest is one week away!! The Hammonton Lions 5th Annual Spring-Fest Event will be held at the Hammonton Middle School on March 28!\n\nSpring Fest is a FREE event jam packed with family fun! In addition to an Easter Egg Hunt with over 6\,000 eggs and a visit and photos with the Easter Bunny\, we will have train rides\, bounce houses\, face painting\, bird house making\, flower bulb planting\, a prize wheel\, games\, martial arts fun\, a DJ with great music\, 5 food trucks\, the fire department\, a 50/50 raffle\, and more! \nThe awesome and delicious food trucks joining us this year are Tacos Al Carbon\, Wholly Bowls\, Cannoli Capeesh\, Master Foodies\, and Mr. Softee! \nLast year’s Spring-Fest was a huge success! Hundreds of people attended\, had so much fun\, and together we raised $14\,100 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF)\, now called Breakthrough T1D. \nBreakthrough T1D works tirelessly to find a cure for type 1 diabetes (and other diseases) and improve the quality of life for those living with the disease through amazing advances in technology. Our community and many others have people living with type 1 diabetes who are so thankful for the support this event brings them\, our family included (Casey’s Clan). \nWe have been overwhelmed again by the contributions from businesses and individuals alike to support this event. We\, along with the Hammonton Lions Club\, are grateful for their generosity. \nPlease join us for an awesome time while supporting a worthy cause and kindly help spread the word about this wonderful free family fun event. \n\nWe hope to see all of you on Saturday\, March 28th (Rain date March 29)\,11-2pm.

Liberty St.\nAdults: $20 per person\nTeams of 5 or more $15 per person\n(Each member must submit a separate reg. form)\nStudents (ages 11-18): $10 per student \nDear Community Member: \nMost groups that raise funds to help cancer patients dedicate the money to research. And their efforts have certainly saved lives. Sometimes cancer patients need more direct help\, such as when they face medical and utility bills and do not know how they’ll pay them. That’s when the Hammonton Cancer Foundation through the South Jersey Cancer Fund along with other non-profit organizations that we fund\, step in to help. \nTo help continue the South Jersey group’s worthy efforts to aid cancer patients\, the Hammonton Cancer Foundation will again sponsor a “Walk for our Neighbors” on Saturday\, June 7th\, at the Hammonton Middle School beginning at 9am with registration / check-in at 8am. \nWith the support and participation of sponsors and walkers\, we hope to make this a major fundraising event. Sponsors will be included in signage located throughout the event. \nThe Four Sponsor Levels: Gold: $1\,000 and up\, Silver: $500 to $999\, Bronze: $100 to $499\, Circle of Friends: $50 to $99 \nTo become a sponsor\, please complete the enclosed form and return it with your check made payable to the Hammonton Cancer Foundation no later than May 23\, 2025. \nIf you choose to walk\, the enclosed flyer contains information and a registration form. The forms also will be available at Hammonton-area businesses and on the foundation’s website: hammontoncancerfoundation.org.
