Public Hearing of Ordinance #002-2026– Amending Chapter 175 of the Town of Hammonton’s Ordinances

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 175, ARTICLES VII AND XIII OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF HAMONTON TO ADDRESS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE AMNDED FAIR HOUSING ACT (FHA) AND THE UNIFORM HOUSING AFFORDABILITY CONTROLS (UHAC) REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE TOWN’S AFFORDABLE HOUSING OBLIGATOINS
