• Public Hearing of Ordinance #002-2026 – Amending Chapter 175 of the Town of Hammonton Ordinances:
An ordinance amending Chapter 175, Articles VII and XIII of the Land Development Ordinance of the Town of Hammonton to address the requirements of the amended Fair Housing Act (FHA) and the Uniform Housing Affordability Controls (UHAC) regarding compliance with the Town’s Affordable Housing obligations.
• Economic Development Presentation:
The Town has various grant opportunities available, alongside other initiatives aimed at fostering economic development.
Additional items may be discussed as deemed necessary and official action may or may not be taken during the meeting.
