A yearly flu shot is recommended for everyone 6 months and older to help prevent severe illness, hospitalization, and death.
This protection is important for high-risk groups, seniors (65 and over), young children, pregnant individuals, and anyone with conditions such as diabetes, asthma, or heart disease.
