The annual Tri-Vets of Hammonton Memorial Day Parade will be held on Monday, May 25th, 2026 at 10:30 a.m., in downtown Hammonton with a ceremony to follow at Veterans Memorial Park on Bellevue Avenue. Join us in honoring those who gave everything for our freedom. 10:00 a.m. parade lineup begins at the corner of Egg Harbor Road and Bellevue Avenue, next to El Nuevo Mariachi Loco restaurant. The Hammonton Fire Department, Hammonton Drug Alliance, and Rita’s of Hammonton will be hosting an event to connect the community with their local volunteer fire department. Stop by Rita’s of Hammonton between 6pm-8pm on Wednesday, July 29th! There will be give-a-ways from the fire department and drug alliance. Rita’s is donating 25% of all sales during the event to the Hammonton Fire Department. The funds raised will help keep our firefighters hydrated during the HOT summer months. Garden plots are now available for 2026! 2026 marks the Garden’s 11th year. Established in 2015 with help from the Town of Hammonton, Atlanticare, ACUA and many other generous donations, the Hammonton Community Garden provides a sunny, welcoming space to grow your own healthy food! Volunteers are always welcome, too! The garden is located at 11th and Washington Streets, behind the NJ Transit train station parking lot. The seasonal fee for each bed is $20 each per season, plus a $20 deposit which will be refunded upon successful clean up of the garden bed by the end of the season. If the [...]
