Traffic Advisory: Route 54 Reconstruction Project PSA: The Route 54 Reconstruction Project will close Bellevue Avenue in both directions between Valley Avenue and Liberty Street during the week of March 16-20. Crews will be working in the area in preparation for future road resurfacing from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, and a traffic detour will be in effect. Keep in mind that the schedule may change due to inclement weather. Expect delays and consider taking alternate routes, especially during busy travel times.
