Most groups that raise funds to help cancer patients dedicate the money to research. And their efforts have certainly saved lives. Sometimes cancer patients need more direct help, such as when they face medical and utility bills and do not know how they’ll pay them.

That’s when the Hammonton Cancer Foundation through the South Jersey Cancer Fund along with other non-profit organizations that we fund, step in to help. The Hammonton Cancer Foundation will again sponsor a “Walk for our Neighbors” on Saturday, June 6th, at the Hammonton Middle School beginning at 9am with registration / check-in at 8am.
