• Enjoy music and interactive entertainment with community groups.
• Enter the popular Costume Contests for kids, adults, and pets.

• Kids: Scariest, Most Creative, Best Group, Cutest
• Pets: Best Costume (1st & 2nd prize)
• Adults: Best Individual, Best Group

Registration begins at 2:00 PM at Bellevue Ave. & Central Ave. (one category per contestant).
