Responsibilities include entering data into accounting system, reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy of financial records. Assisting taxpayers with inquiries regarding their tax accounts and payments. Experience with cash collections, reconciliation and strong customer service skills a plus. Responsibilities include managing grant funding; managing complex projects; collaborating with project teams; complying with multiple rules and regulations; prioritizing requests and deadlines. Grant Manager will work closely with the Town of Hammonton engineering consultant to help move grant projects forward. Position is a 16-20 hour work week.
