Hammonton Police Department ** Press Release**


At approximately 9:10 PM Saturday (4/30) evening, officers from the Hammonton Police were called to the 200 block of Peach Street in reference to shots fired at a dwelling. Investigation revealed that an unknown subject drove down Peach Street, discharged a firearm at a residence in that block, and left the scene. No individuals were injured in the incident. Detective unit and additional personnel responded to process the scene and evidence was located and retained. Police are actively investigating the crime and leads.
